LSG BRISK wants you to be 100% satisfied with your new Halo Spark Plugs. If you are not totally satisfied with the Halo’s performance, simply return your plugs within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (less shipping & handling) or exchange. Exchanges are for like value only and will require additional shipping & handling fees. Damaged, improperly installed, and/or improperly used plugs are excepted.

Warranty
Per the Policy, LSG BRISK LLC promises to replace your LSG Halo Spark Plug should it contain or develop any defect in workmanship or materials for 50,000 miles or three years from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Customers are required to return the LSG Halo Plug with the original retail receipt and to the authorized return address above. The returned Plug must be accompanied with a return address clearly indicated. The policy only extends to the original purchaser of the LSG Halo Plugs. Damaged, altered or modified plugs in any manner, including by dropping, tampering, servicing, misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect will not be replaced. No warranty is extended to Spark Plugs that are damaged or misfire due to alteration, incorrect or faulty installation, poor engine maintenance, engine or automobile mistreatment. No warranty is extended to any Spark Plugs installed in racing or high performance cars, or that are otherwise mishandled or misapplied, or damages that are attributable to acts of God.
