Subject to the following conditions, LSG BRISK LLC promises to replace your LSG Halo spark plug should it contain or develop any defect in workmanship or materials for 50,000 miles or three years from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.

Because the LSG Halo spark plug fires approximately 30% faster than any other plug this warranty will lapse if you fail to follow the following guidelines in installing and operating your plugs:

• The timing of your engine must be adjusted to match the faster firing of the LSG Halo spark plug. If the technician or vehicle dealer is unable to adjust the engine timing then we do not recommend installation of these plugs.
• For automobile engines with motor management and knock sensors, you must disconnect the battery prior to fitting the LSG Halo Plugs in your engine and ensure that your engine timing is adjusted to match the plug’s faster firing to keep your warranty effective.
• LSG Halo spark plugs must be installed as a complete set in your automobile engine. Installation of the plugs in an automobile engine with one or more spark plugs from another manufacturer will void your warranty.
• The warranty does not extend to LSG Halo spark plugs that are installed in vehicles that race or in vehicles that routinely operate at or above 5,000 revolutions per minute. LSG BRISK LLC’s warranty does not extend to any defects resulting from misuse or modification of the LSG Halo spark plugs or from use other than normal automobile use.
• The warranty only extends to the original installation of the plugs. The warranty will lapse if the Halo spark plugs are removed from one engine and reinstalled in another engine.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY REPLACES AND SUPERSEDES ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING CONTAINED HEREIN OR BY LAW OR CONTRACT, LSG BRISK LLC FURTHER DISCLAIMS LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE LSG BRISK HALO SPARK PLUGS OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.

Cautionary Note: Please have your plugs installed by a trained auto technician. If your vehicle timing cannot be adjusted to the faster firing LSG Halo spark plug, you may not see an improvement in gas mileage, however, emissions improvement should exist. Should you experience pre-ignition or engine misfiring, have your engine serviced immediately to avoid possible damage.
